Note IQ includes the ability to mark reviewed documents or individual findings as Worked. This helps prevent multiple reviewers from reviewing or correcting the same documentation more than once, improving workflow efficiency and reducing duplicate work.
When a Note IQ item is marked as worked, the Note IQ indicator updates from its original status color to a dark blue icon.

- This indicates the document has already been reviewed and worked by staff
Option 2: Mark an Individual Finding as Worked
Use this option when working directly within a document’s findings.
Where to Go

- Navigate to the Note IQ Findings section
How to Mark a Finding as Worked

What Happens Next

Why This Matters
Marking Note IQ items as worked helps clinics:
- Prevent duplicate review efforts
- Improve reviewer workflows
- Track which findings have already been addressed
- Reduce time spent re-reviewing documentation
Important Notes
- Documents and findings can be marked as worked independently
- Marking an item as worked does not remove the original Note IQ findings
- The dark blue Note IQ icon serves as a visual indicator that the item has already been reviewed
