Note IQ findings can be converted directly into tasks, allowing reviewers and staff to quickly assign follow-up actions based on identified issues or recommendations.
Tasks created from Note IQ findings are automatically assigned to the author of the document and remain accessible directly from within the document.
What You’ll Need
- Access to review documents with Note IQ results
- A document that has completed a Note IQ review
Where to Go
- Open the reviewed document
- Navigate to the Note IQ Findings section
How to Create a Task from a Finding
- Locate the finding you want to create a task from
- Critical
- Warning
- Suggestion
- Select the three dots next to the finding
- Choose Add in Tasks
- A task panel will open on the right side of the screen
Task Details
When the task panel opens:
- The Note IQ finding information will automatically populate the Task/Comment field
- Select a Due Date using the date picker
- Optionally mark the task as Is Important
- Select Save
What Happens Next
- The task is automatically assigned to the author of the document
- The task will be viewable:
- Within the document
- In the assigned user’s Tasks
- Tasks created from Note IQ findings behave the same as other system-created tasks
