This article explains how Super Admins can manage Time Clock Settings to restrict staff from clocking in or out from mobile devices or unapproved IP addresses.
⚙️ Where to Go
Navigate to More > Settings > Time Clock Settings
Here, you’ll see two configuration options: Mobile Settings and IP Settings.
📱 Mobile Settings
Staff added to the restricted list will not be able to clock in or out using mobile devices.
To restrict staff from mobile clock-ins:
Use the search bar to find staff.
Move the selected staff to the Restricted side.
Click Save to apply changes.
🌐 IP Settings
Restricted staff can only clock in or out if their current IP address matches one of the clinic’s approved IPs.
To restrict staff by IP:
In the Allowed IP Address section, enter the approved IP(s).
Use the search bar to find staff and move them to the Restricted side.
Click Save once all allowed IPs and staff restrictions are set.
💡 Tip: You can find your current IP by searching “What’s my IP” in any browser and copying the address into this field.
