Notifications and alerts are sent to a staff member’s Messages area unless email delivery is specified.
At the top of the Notification Settings page, you’ll see five tabs:
Authorization Alert
Certification Alert
Goals Alert
Insurance Alert
Staff Document Reminder Settings
1. Authorization Alert
Send alert when a new authorization has been created
Send other authorization alerts to my email (optional)
Select frequency – choose how often alerts are sent (measured in days).
Threshold Units – when remaining units fall below or equal to this number, staff will receive alerts.
Access Control – select which access levels receive this notification (e.g., Super Admin, Admin, QA Manager, User/Clinician, or custom roles).
Specific Staff Assignment – optionally assign alerts to specific staff members.
Click Update to save changes.
2. Certification Alert
Send certification alerts to my email (optional)
Select frequency – choose how often alerts are sent (measured in days).
Click Update to save changes.
3. Goals Alert
Send goal alerts to my email (optional)
Select frequency – choose how often alerts are sent (measured in days).
Click Update to save changes.
4. Insurance Alert
Send insurance alerts to my email (optional)
Select frequency – choose how often alerts are sent (measured in days).
Click Update to save changes.
5. Staff Document Reminder Settings
Enable Document Reminders – toggle reminders on or off.
Set initial delay for first reminder – specify the time before the first reminder is sent.
Select specific templates – choose which staff document templates are included in the alert.
Click Update to save changes.
Tip:
For all notification types, setting an email delivery ensures important alerts are not missed if the staff member is not actively logged into the system.
