If your clinic needs to include a Risk Assessment section in documentation, you can enable it directly from the template settings.
Steps to Enable Risk Assessment

Navigate to Document Templates

Go to More > Document Templates.

Locate the Template

Use the search or filters to find the template you want to update.

Scroll to the far right and click the Gear Icon to open the settings.

Enable Risk Assessment

In the template settings, toggle "Show Risk Assessment" to ON.

Save Changes
-
Click Update to save the template changes.

Note: Enabling this option will add a Risk Assessment section to the selected document template, allowing staff to complete it during documentation.
