How to: Adding a Risk Assessment to a Document Template

If your clinic needs to include a Risk Assessment section in documentation, you can enable it directly from the template settings.

Steps to Enable Risk Assessment

1. Navigate to Document Templates

   • Go to More > Document Templates.

2. Locate the Template

   • Use the search or filters to find the template you want to update.

   • Scroll to the far right and click the Gear Icon to open the settings.

3. Enable Risk Assessment

   • In the template settings, toggle "Show Risk Assessment" to ON.

4. Save Changes

   • Click Update to save the template changes.

Note: Enabling this option will add a Risk Assessment section to the selected document template, allowing staff to complete it during documentation.
