Creating Default Goals allows staff to quickly assign common goals, objectives, and interventions across multiple clients while maintaining consistency in documentation.
đź”§ Steps to Create a Default Goal
1. Navigate to Default Goals
Go to More > Default Goals.
2. Click "Add New Goals"
On the Default Goals page, you’ll see three options:

View Treatment Plan Templates

Add New Goals
-
Assign Selected Goals
Click Add New Goals to begin.
3. Enter Goal Details
You’ll be prompted to fill in the following fields:

Goal Name
-
Start Date
-
Goal Description
You can use the placeholder{ClientName}to auto-fill the client’s name and{ClientPronoun}to automatically adjust based on the client’s selected pronoun. -
Objective
Use{ClientName}and/or{ClientPronoun}as needed. -
Intervention
Use{ClientName}and/or{ClientPronoun}as needed. -
Service Type
-
Staff Types
-
Frequency
You can also add multiple goals, objectives, and interventions if needed.
4. Submit
Click Submit to save your default goal(s).
👥 Steps to Assign Default Goals to Clients
1. Select Goals
Use the checkboxes on the left side to select the goal(s) you want to assign.
2. Click "Assign Selected Goals"
A modal will appear where you can:

Select one or more clients
-
Set the Start Date and Target Date
3. Submit
Click Submit to finalize the goal assignment.
📌 Note:
Using{ClientName}and{ClientPronoun}will auto-populate the respective client’s name and pronoun in the treatment plan once assigned.
