The Medication Module allows a client’s current medications to be displayed within a document template at the time of service.
Steps to Enable the Medication Module:
Navigate to Document Templates
Go to More > Document Templates.
Locate the template you want to update.
Open Template Settings
Scroll to the far-right side of the template listing.
Click the gear icon to open the Template Settings.
Enable the Medication Module
In the settings menu, locate the toggle labeled "Show Medications".
Switch the toggle to ON to enable the medication module.
Save Changes
Changes will save automatically, or click Save if prompted.
What Happens Next?
The next time staff create or submit a document using this template, the client's current medications (as of the Date of Service) will be automatically displayed in the document.
This ensures accurate medication tracking and enhances clinical documentation.
Note: Ensure templates requiring medication details have this toggle enabled to streamline staff workflows and improve documentation accuracy.
