The Bulletin Board allows staff to share important updates and announcements within the system. All roles can view bulletin posts, but only certain roles can create new ones.
Viewing the Bulletin Board:
Access the Dashboard
Go to your dashboard.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to locate the Bulletin Board.
View Current Bulletins
The Bulletin Board displays current posts, which include their title, description, and active dates.
Creating a New Bulletin Post:
Note: Only Super Admin and HR Staff roles have the ability to create new bulletin posts.
Add a New Bulletin
On the Bulletin Board, locate the +Add button to the right of Current Bulletin.
Input Bulletin Details
Enter the following information:
Title: A brief title for the post.
Description: The content or message of the post.
Start Date: The date the post should begin displaying.
End Date: The date the post should stop displaying.
Important Toggle: Use the toggle to mark the post as Important if needed.
Submit the Post
Once all details are entered, click Submit to save the new bulletin post.
Note: Bulletins marked as Important will be visually distinguished, ensuring they grab attention on the dashboard.
