Steps to Create a Service Rule:

Navigate to Service Rules
- Go to More > Services > Service Rules.
- Click on Create New Rule.

Choose Rule Type
- You will see two tabs:
- Max. Service Rules
- Min. Service Rules
(Both areas function similarly.)

Define the Rule
- Name the Service Rule: Assign a clear and descriptive name to the rule.
- Select Rule Type: Choose one of the following:
- Units: Set a minimum or maximum number of units for a specific period (e.g., day, week, month, 3 months).
- Time: Set a minimum or maximum number of hours and minutes for the selected service over a specific period (e.g., day, week, month, 3 months).

Assign Services to the Rule
- Once the rule is created, assign services to it.
- For example, you can configure a rule so that CPST services cannot exceed a set number of units per week.
Note: Service rules help enforce compliance and ensure services are delivered within specified limits.
