Please note: The ability to add or adjust user seats is based on your role and access level.
If you are unable to perform these actions, please reach out to your Super Admin to review your permissions.
Steps to Add or Adjust User Seats
Go to Staff from the main menu
Click Add Staff
You will see how many seats are currently remaining at the top of the screen
Click Add User Seats
Enter a positive number to increase available seats
Enter a negative number to decrease available seats
Click Save
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your selection
Click Confirm to finalize the update
Tip: Decreasing seats will not deactivate existing staff, but it will reduce the number of additional users you can add going forward.
