Steps to Add a Service:

Navigate to Services
- Go to More > Services in the main menu.

Locate the Add Service Button
- On the Services Listing page, you’ll see the "Add Service" button in the upper-right corner.

Add a New Service
- Click Add Service to open the service creation form.
- Input the required service details, including service codes, descriptions, and any associated information.
Service Details
| Field | Description |

| Service | The name and description of the service. |
| Service Code | Enter the service code only; do not include modifiers. |
| Modifiers | Up to four modifiers can be added, each listed separately in its own box. |
| Rate | The rate assigned to this service. |
| Service Rate | Enter the numerical rate paid for this service (refer to your fee schedule). |
| Rate Effective Date | The start date for this rate. |
| Rate End Date | The end date for this rate. |
| Billing Units | Defines how units are calculated (e.g., a 15-minute per unit setup would calculate a 1-hour note as 4 units). |
Service Settings

| Billable | Toggle ON if this is a billable service. |
| Add-On | Toggle ON if this service is used in addition to another service. |
| Allow Overlapping | Allows services to overlap (toggle ON for group services). |
| Auth Required | Toggle ON if this service requires an authorization in Notenetic. |
| Effective Date | The date this service becomes available. |
| End Date | The date this service should no longer be used. |
| Revenue Code | Input the revenue code for this service. |
| Min Time (in minutes) | The minimum document duration allowed for this service. |
| Max Time (in minutes) | The maximum document duration allowed for this service. |
| Allowed Places of Service | Select where this service can be rendered. |
