This guide will walk you through the steps to create and view events on the calendar.
How to Create a Calendar Event

Navigate to the Calendar
- Go to the Calendar section in the main menu.

Open the Event Creation Modal
- Double-click on the desired day in the calendar.
- An event creation modal will appear.

Fill Out Event Details

Title: Enter a name for the event.

Toggles (depending on access level):
- Set Staff Unavailability: For marking staff as unavailable. (See Staff Unavailability article for more details.)
- Telehealth Event: Toggle on if the event will occur via telehealth.
- All Day: Toggle on if the event spans the entire day.

Date and Time: Use the date picker and time picker to schedule the event.

Repeat Schedule: Set a recurring schedule, if applicable.

Staff: Assign individual or multiple staff members.

Clients: Select individual or multiple clients.

Service Code, Template Type, and/or Place of Service: Choose as applicable.

Status: Set the event status, e.g., Scheduled, Confirmed, Canceled, Kept, Missed, or No-Show.

Category (if applicable): Assign a category to the event for better organization.

Save the Event
- Once all details are entered, click Save.
How to View a Calendar Event

Navigate to the Calendar
- Go to the Calendar section in the main menu.

Hover Over an Event
- Hover your cursor over the desired event.
- A quick view card will appear, showing key event details:
- Title, Date, Time, Staff, Clients, and Comments.

Quick Action Options
- In the upper-right corner of the event card, you’ll see:
- X: Close the quick view card.
- Trash Icon: Delete the event.
- Green Edit Button (Pencil): Edit the event details.
- Document Icon: Begin documentation creation directly from the event.
- In the upper-right corner of the event card, you’ll see:
Note: The event creation and viewing options depend on your role and access level. If you’re unable to access certain features, please contact your Super Admin.
