Staff goals can be added to help track individual performance, progress, or development milestones within the staff profile.
Steps to Add a Staff Goal

Navigate to the Staff Profile

Go to Staff and select the staff member's profile.

Open the Goals Tab

On the left-hand menu, select Goals.

Add a New Goal

Click the "Add Goal" button.

Enter Goal Details
-
Goal Name – Title of the staff goal.

Description – Brief details about the goal.

Start Date – When the goal begins.

Target Date – When the goal is expected to be completed.

Status – Select from options such as:

New Goal
-
Revised Goal
-
Deferred
- etc...

Save the Goal
-
Once all information is entered, click Save to add the goal to the staff member's profile.
