In Notenetic, staff can create and update their digital signature for use in documentation. This guide walks through both creating a new signature and updating an existing signature or PIN.
How to Create Your Staff Signature

Access Your Staff Profile
- Click your profile image in the upper-right corner.
- Select "My Profile".

Navigate to the Signature Section
- In the left-hand menu, select "Signature".

Create Your Signature
- Use your trackpad or touchscreen device to draw your signature.

Set Your Signature PIN
- Enter the password you use to log into Notenetic.
- Input a 4-digit numeric PIN and confirm the PIN.
- Click Confirm/Save.

Complete Two-Factor Authentication (TFA)
- A TFA code will be sent to the mobile number listed in your staff profile.
- Enter the TFA code to save your signature.
How to Update an Existing Signature or Signature PIN

Access Your Staff Profile
- Click your profile image in the upper-right corner.
- Select "My Profile".

Navigate to the Signature Section
- In the left-hand menu, select "Signature".

Choose an Update Option
- You will see your existing signature along with two options:
- Reset PIN
- Update Signature
- You will see your existing signature along with two options:

Make Your Updates
- Enter the password you use to log into Notenetic.
- Input a new 4-digit numeric PIN and confirm the PIN (if updating PIN).
- Draw a new signature (if updating signature).
- Click Confirm/Save.

Complete Two-Factor Authentication (TFA)
- A TFA code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the TFA code to finalize and save changes.
Note: Your signature and PIN are essential for secure documentation. Be sure to keep your PIN confidential and update it as needed for security purposes.
