Creating and assigning default goals for staff helps promote consistency and simplifies onboarding or performance tracking across your team.
Creating Staff Default Goals

Go to More > Default Goals > Staff Default Goals

Click "Add New Staff Goals"

Fill out the goal details:

Goal Name
-
Description
-
Start Date
-
Target Date
-
Status (e.g., New Goal Created)

Click Submit to save the goal
Assigning Goals to Staff

From the Staff Default Goals page, check the boxes to the left of each goal you want to assign

Click "Assign Selected Goals" in the upper right corner

In the pop-up modal:

Select one or more staff members
-
Set the Start Date and Target Date for the assignment

Click Submit to assign the goals to the selected staff
Reviewing Assigned Goals
To review a staff member's assigned goals:

Go to Staff > Staff Profile

Click the Goals tab on the left-hand side
Tip: Assigning default goals is helpful for setting expectations, tracking progress, and ensuring all staff meet clinic standards.
