How to Add a Staff Comment (e.g., Restrictions or Special Notes)

Navigate to the Staff Profile
- Go to the Staff section.
- Use the search or filters to locate the staff member's profile.

Locate the "+ Add Comment" Button
- On the dashboard of the staff profile, find and click on the "+ Add Comment" button.
- On the dashboard of the staff profile, find and click on the "+ Add Comment" button.

Input the Comment
- A modal will open, allowing you to type your comment (e.g., restrictions, special notes) in the text field.

Save the Comment
- Once you’ve entered the comment, click Save to attach it to the staff profile.
Note:
- Only Super Admin, HR staff, or users with the "Edit Staff Profile" permission can add comments.
- Comments are for internal use and are visible to authorized roles only
