How to Assign a Staff Member to a Team

Navigate to the Staff Section
Go to Staff in your menu. -
Locate the Staff Profile
Use the search bar or filters to find the specific staff member’s profile. -
Select "Staff Team"
Within the profile, choose Staff Team. -
Assign the Staff Member to a Team
In the Staff Team window:- Select the staff member from the list on the left.
- Use the arrow button to move them to the assigned team on the right.
Note: Assigning a team can restrict the staff member’s view. Once assigned, they’ll only be able to view documentation that corresponds with their caseload and team assignments.
