Billing/Claims Manager
Grants access to submit claims, view billing amounts, and modify billing statuses.
Use Case: Billing specialists managing end-to-end claims.Can Modify Billing Status
Allows staff to change the billing status of submitted documents.
Use Case: Clinicians updating status to 'Ready to Bill'.View Billing Amount

Client
Allow Eligibility Checks
Enables eligibility verification for client insurance.
Use Case: Billing staff ensuring active coverage before claim submission.Can See All Clients if No Caseload Assigned
Allows staff to access all client profiles if no caseload is assigned.

Allows staff with a caseload to view all clients in the system.

Allows staff to reopen closed treatment plans.
Documents
Allow Document Transcription
Enables staff to submit documentation on behalf of other staff.
Use Case: Admins documenting for physicians.Can Review Documents
Allows reviewing documents submitted by others.

Permits sealing finalized documents to prevent edits.Can Duplicate Documents

Combined with the ā# of Days Allowed in the Past to Create New Documentā field and āTemp Access Dateā
Use Case: Clinicians given extra time to backdate documentation. Temp Access Date ensures the additional access expires automatically.

Can Add and View Other Staff Documentation
Grants access to view and create staff documentation for others.
Miscellaneous
Can Manage Reports
Enables access to generate and manage system reports.Can See Clinic Access Roles and Permissions
Allows staff to view role configuration under āMoreā.
Use Case: Admins overseeing permission controls.Human Resources (HR) Management
Grants access to HR features like pay rate visibility, staff documentation reviews, and credential tracking.
Use Case: HR staff managing employee profiles and pay.

Allow Alerts (global toggle)
Send All Notification Alerts to My Email
Sends all system alerts to the staff memberās email.

Authorization Alerts
