There are two ways to update a client’s status in the system.
Option 1: Update the Status for Multiple Clients

Navigate to the Clients Section
- Go to Clients in the main menu.

Select Clients
- Use the checkboxes on the left to select one or multiple clients whose status you want to update.

Access Client Actions
- In the upper-right corner, open the Client Actions dropdown menu.
- Select Change Client Status.

Choose a New Status
- A pop-up window will appear.
- From the dropdown, select the new status for the client(s).

Save the Changes
- Click Change to update the status.
Option 2: Update Status for a Single Client

Navigate to the Client’s Dashboard
- Go to the specific client’s profile.

Use the Client Card
- On the client dashboard, locate the Client Card.
- Use the status dropdown on this card to update the client’s status.
Note: Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to update client statuses. Changes will be saved and reflected immediately in the system.
