How to Add Referral Information to a Client Profile

Access the Client Profile
- Navigate to the Clients section.
- Use the search or filters to locate and open the desired client’s profile.

Locate the Referral Cards
- On the client dashboard, find the Referral Source card and the Referring Provider card.

Add or Update Referral Information
- If no referral information is listed, click to add new referral details.
- If existing referral information is outdated, you can edit or delete the current entries as needed.

Save Changes
- After making any additions or updates, ensure you save your changes to keep the profile up to date.
Note: Referral information helps track the source of the client and any associated providers, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
