How to Filter the Client Audit Log by Site

Access the Client Audit Log
- Navigate to More in the main menu.
- Select Client Audit Log from the options.

Set Filters
- At a minimum, input a date range to view changes made to a client’s account.
- Additional filtering options include:
- Action (e.g., Insert, Update, Delete, Select)
- Affected Section (e.g., Dx, Insurance)
- Client (specific client name)
- Staff (staff member who made the change)
- Site (location, if applicable)

Review Audit Log Details
- The Client Audit Log will display:
- Type of Action: Whether something was added, updated, or deleted.
- Affected Section: Which part of the client profile was impacted.
- Performed By: The staff member who made the change.
- Date and Time Stamp: The exact time the action occurred.
