Please note: The ability to reactivate a client is based on your role and access level.
If you do not see the reactivation option when following the instructions below, please contact your Super Admin to review your permissions.
Steps to Reactivate a Client

Go to Clients from the main menu

Toggle on "View Inactive Clients" to display deactivated records

Use the search bar to locate the client you want to reactivate

Scroll to the far right of the client listing

Click the Reactivate icon (circle arrow)

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm reactivation

Click Confirm
✅ The client will be restored as an active client in your system and will reappear in standard views and filters.
