Clients can be deactivated individually or in bulk. Deactivation removes the client from active listings but does not delete their record, and they can be reactivated at any time.
Please note: The ability to deactivate a client is based on your role and access level.
If you do not see the deactivation options when following the steps below, please reach out to your Super Admin to review your permissions.
Option 1: Deactivate a Single Client

Go to Clients from the main menu

Scroll to the far right of the client listing

Click the X icon next to the client’s name

A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation

Click Confirm to deactivate the client
✅ Deactivated clients can be reactivated at any time.
Option 2: Deactivate Multiple Clients at Once

Go to Clients
-
Use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple clients you want to deactivate

Once selected, go to Client Actions in the upper right

Click Deactivate Clients

Confirm your selection
Tip: You can use filters to quickly locate clients by site, status, or assigned staff before deactivating.
