Client Labels allow clinics to organize and group client messages for easier tracking and follow-up. Labels can be applied to any client message from the Messages area.
How to Group Client Messages Using Labels
1. Go to Messages
Navigate to Messages from the main menu.
2. Create a Client Label
On the left side of the Messages page, you will see the Client Labels section.
Select Create Client Label to add a new label.
3. Select a Client Message
Choose the message you want to categorize using a label.
4. Assign a Label
Once the message is open, you will see an option to Assign Label.
Select the label you want to apply.
5. Save
Click Save to finalize the label assignment.
The message will now appear under that label in the Client Labels list.
