The ability to update client site access is role/access based.
If you do not see the options below, please reach out to your Super Admin to review your permissions.
Where to Go
Navigate to Clients.
Use search or filters to locate the client.
Click to view the client’s profile.
How to Assign or Update the Client’s Site
On the Client Dashboard, locate the Sites section.
Click the pencil icon next to Sites.
Select the appropriate site(s) for the client.
Save your changes.
You’re All Set!
The client’s assigned site(s) will now update across scheduling, documentation, and billing workflows.
