How to Generate or Add a Treatment Plan
Steps to Generate a Treatment Plan:

Navigate to the Client Profile
- Open the client’s profile.
- On the left-hand menu, scroll to and select Treatment Plan.

Locate the Action Options
- You will see two buttons:

Generate Treatment Plan

Add Plan

If one or both options are missing, contact your clinic administrator for assistance.
- You will see two buttons:

Generate a Treatment Plan
- Select Generate Treatment Plan.
- Input the number of Goals, Objectives, and Interventions you want included in the plan.
(Image: Field to input Goals, Objectives, and Interventions) - Click GENERATE.

Wait for AI Processing
- The AI will take a few minutes to generate a draft of the treatment plan.
- Once completed, refresh the page to see a green “Draft” button.

Accept or Delete the Draft
- Click the Draft button to review the plan.
- You can choose to Accept the draft or Delete it.
Steps to Add a Treatment Plan Manually:

Select Add Plan
- On the Treatment Plan page, click Add Plan.

Complete the Plan Details
- Enter the necessary information, such as:
- Plan Name
- Plan Date
- SNAPS (Strengths, Needs, Abilities, Preferences, and Supports)
- Any other relevant fields.
- Enter the necessary information, such as:

Submit the Plan
- Once all details are filled in, click Submit to save the plan.
Creating Multiple Treatment Plans for a Client
If your clinic offers multiple programs or services (e.g., outpatient therapy and community support), you may need to maintain more than one active treatment plan per client. Notenetic allows multiple open treatment plans to accommodate this need.
How to Create Multiple Treatment Plans for a Client
Note: To perform this action, your role must have “Manage Treatment Plan” permissions enabled. If you do not have this permission, please contact your clinic administrator.
