If you’ve forgotten your password for the Notenetic Client Portal, follow the steps below to reset it quickly and securely.
Steps to Reset Your Password

Go to the Login Page

Click "Forgot Password"

You’ll find this link just below the login button.

Enter Your Username

Input your portal username into the field provided.

If You're a Parent Using a Parental Login:

Check the box labeled "This username is Parental Login" before submitting.

Click Submit
-
An email will be sent to the email address on file in your client profile.

The email will contain:

Your username
-
A temporary password
-
A link to the portal login page
-

Log In and Set a New Password
-
Enter your username and the temporary password provided in the email

A prompt will appear asking you to:

Re-enter the temporary password in the Current Password field
-
Enter your new password in the next field
-
Confirm the new password in the final field
-

Click Submit to complete the password reset process
